Can you contract Hep B or C, though you've had the vaccines,and show anti-bodies, if you've had unprotected sex with them? Please elaborate.

Response from Dr. McGovern

There is no vaccine for hepatitis C or HIV; the only vaccine is hepatitis B. It is protective in people who have had a good response to the vaccine.

The best route is always to have protected sex.
