| Hepatitis B infection Nov 25, 2006 Kindly advise me my brother recently has blood test and it show he has hepa b. Is it high if he has Hbsag 2.732 and viral load over 1 million....kindly advise wat is best medication and diet for him.. to recovery and make the viral load go down... Your brother has chronic hepatitis B. His physician may want to get a liver biopsy to determine if it is necessary to be treated. If the biopsy does show liver disease, there are several different treatments available now including entecavir, telbivudine, lamivudine, pegylated interferon, and adefovir. | |||||||||
