Silver Solution

I was told that there are natural cures to HCV. I was also told that Naomi Judd used them, not inferion. The Silver Solution being one of them. Also liver vitamins, cod liver oil & Immune Therapy (a natural pill). Do these solutions really work? What are the risks?
