| Dr. M - Need your help please!!!!!!!!!!! Sep 6, 2006 Dear Dr. M I have a questions concerning my test results. I was exposed to HCV (Nov 04) through a low risk encounter (unprotected sex, 4 times) with a women who I later found out was positve for HCV. Heres my test results - 04/02/05 - hcvab - weakly positive 04/06/05- RIBA - negative 09/27/05 - hcvab negative s/co 0.2 06/15/06 - hcvab negative s/co 0.3 07/26/06 - hcvab negative s/co 0.2 08/01/06 - RIBA - negative 08/10/06 - hcv rna qualitative - negative All LFT's have been normal. Do I need to test any futher?? I am very concerned and worried. I would very much like to put all of this behind me!!! Your expert advice would greatly help!! I would not go through any further testing. Remember to always have safe sex since these testing issues can be so stressful and drag on. | |||||||||
