Jul 8, 2006 my boyfriend have his medical checkup.the doctor said he has hepatitis b.he is working in an apartelle where he collects the used bedsheets.. is it possible that he gets it on the dried blood of some of the costumer in the bed sheet? & will i be infected if we kiss? thanks |

You need to find out more about the hepatitis B infection. If he has new or chronic infection, the infection can be spread by sex. Although hepatitis B can be found in saliva, there are no good data to prove that this is a route of transmission. We do advise though not sharing utensils, toothbrushes, razors as a precaution. You should be vaccinated if your boyfriend has new or chronic infection. | |||||||||
