Virginity and HIV
Apr 13, 2006

Hi, im trying to post an original question but i also have my own concerns. I know the only way to know someones status is for them to get tested but i was wondering (since i could not find any clear stats) how likely is it in america to contract HIV from a heterosexual women. Also would this risk be lower if the person was asian american, a virgin, and not a drug user? Im just really searching for HIV demographics that ive had a hard time finding. I am concerned because i gently fingered this women with out noticing there was a very thin (although semi deep) paper cut on my finger(no blood was coming out, but if i really checked it out i could see some redness inside). now my head is filled with thoughts of brain abcesses and eye tumors until i am able to get tested (window). : P But seriously I know anyone can be infected but statstically is there a significantly lower risk for the women i described than say a gay man? thank you very much : )
