dear dr. tx lowered v.load-liver function normal-no cirrhosis-have severe polyneuropathy-sesi/motor with mild demylinating features-on disability-only relief from hydrocodone10mg/325 as needed-low aceteminiphen however is there any narcotic analgesic w/out acetaminphin-i am a disabled physician with a strong support system-the nueropathy pain has me beat-neurontin/lyrica/tramdal/elival non appreciable-your thoughts please-thank you

I am sorry to hear that your neuropathy is so severe. You have tried all the treatments that I would consider.
I would pursue all causes of neuropathy to see if there is anything else you can address besides hepatitis C. Which blood tests are drawn will depend on the results of your prior nerve conduction studies. You should discuss this with your neurologist.
