| hepatitis Oct 29, 2005 During a routine test 4 years i tested positive for HsAg.My liver function test are as follows ALP-55,ALT-45.8,AST-52.3,D-Bilirubin-less than 0,T-Bilirubin-o.77. What's your advice.Can i go for treatment? |

Your liver enzymes are rather low but you should have periodic testing with your liver specialist and further testing of your hepatitis B panel to determine what kind of infection you have - inactive, active E antigen positive, active E antigen negative...etc.. Dr. M | |||||||||
