when can you tell?

Hey I would like to know how long does it take for the Hepatitis c to show and is it like HIV how mach test to do need to take to see if you have it? Thank you so much A friend!

Hepatitis C usually can be detected in 8 to 12 weeks after exposure, but uncommonly occurs as late as 6 months. I usually test up until 6 months after the "exposure". Dr. M
