My blood test result. Hep B e Ag NEGATIVE Anti Hep Be Ab POSITIVE PT Anticoag Ther NONE PT 10.1 sec PT INR 1.0 Ratio Blood Protein ALB 4.7G/dL Hep B PCR 1090IU/mL Hep B Copies 2050#/mL

By these blood tests, I can tell that you have hepatitis B e antigen negative infection. You have hepatitis B viremia, but your levels are low. This can be seen in hepatitis B e antigen negative infection.

Whether you should be treated or not will also depend on the level of your ALT - liver function test and your liver biopsy results. You will want to discuss this thoroughly with your physician.
