| Mr. Rocky Balboa Apr 10, 2005 I'm a male i recieved oral sex from a female she told afterwards she has HIV and hepetus after she finished , there were no cuts on my penis or any breakage of the skin at all this happened 3 weeks ago. What are the chances of getting HIV or hepetitis from oral sex. Please advice and let me know the chances. thank you and god bless!!! |

The chance of getting hepatitis B or C through the route you describe is highly unlikely. Usually transmission requires blood-blood exposure through traumatic sexual intercourse. The same is true for HIV, where the highest risk is through anal intercourse due to the higher chance of small traumatic tears through this route. Dr. McGovern | |||||||||
