Dear Sir thank you to give all us the opportunity to explaing our problem. we are two married couple both + I taking medication for the first time after tre years, she not, any problem related to love? o we can make love as normal?thank you Ron

Response from Dr. McGovern

This is a very good question. I would suggest that you use condoms since it is possible to spread your own srain of HIV to each other. There is a concern that your different strains of HIV could combine to make a different type of strain which may have a negative effect on your immune system. Otherwise there are no other concerns. Congratulations on your marriage!
