This is a very good question. I would suggest that you use condoms since it is possible to spread your own srain of HIV to each other. There is a concern that your different strains of HIV could combine to make a different type of strain which may have a negative effect on your immune system. Otherwise there are no other concerns. Congratulations on your marriage!
