What happened?HELP? Apr 27, 2004 In June 2002, I had SGOT, SGPT, and HBV DNA (qualitative) tests. The test result showed: - HBV DNA positive -SGOT (AST) 80 -SGPT (ALT) 81 -Gamma GT 128 I took HP Pro and 3TC by the doctor advice. I'd taken 3TC (lamivudine) for about 7 months before I stopped. In March 2004, the test result showed : - HBV DNA positive > 2.105 copies/ml -SGOT (AST) 31 -SGPT (ALT) 19 On April 20,2004. I had SGOT,SGPT and USG tests The USG result showed normal -SGOT (AST) 47 -SGPT (ALT) 48 -Gamma GT 64 I~{!/~}like to ask you why my HBV DNA is increasing? What is the most effective way to solve it? Will it be OK if I take 3TC again? |
