I have never used any drugs, needles or had any blood transfusions. I have recently had a redioactive iodine treatment done on my thyroid, could this have made the test come out wrong? -Worried and confused |

Response from Dr. Dieterich
If the blood bank said you might have hepatitis, you should take that letter to your MD and get tested for hepatitis B,C and HIV. It is possible that one of them might be a false positive. It is silly to guess, however, go get tested! DTD | |||||||||
