Insertive fellatio and HEP Jul 7, 2003 Doc I need your help..I have been stressing about HEP as of lately..I did not realize that it is so much more contagious than HIV and the window period so much longer..My question is I received a BJ and engaged in Fingering a female what is my risk for contracting HEP...I have tested for HIV which was NEG and before this incident I had tested negative for HEP a,b,c...can you please asses my risk for HEP from this one time incident is another HEP test warranted???Thank you so much for your valuable time |

 That is a very low risk activity. That should however motivate you to go get vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B which can both be sexually transmitted. Get Vaccines! and Be Careful! DTD | ||||||||
