C Mar 28, 2002 Hola doctora Rodriguez: Me podria dar un poco mas idea de que consecuencias existen en pacientes que tienen Hepatitis C y HIV o AIDS diagnostico, tienen que tener cuidado en que tipo de vitaminas toman el cual creo que el componente del "IRON" puede ser bien arriesgado para una paciente con Hepatitis C?? Gracias por su atencion y cooperacion sobre el asunto. |

 Hepatitis C in patients with HIV has a more agresive course with more rapid progression to end stage liver disease.Iron deposition in the liver is seen in all cases of chronic liver disease.In patients with coinfection,we advise patients to use iron suplements,only if there is documented deficiency or active blood loss. | ||||||||
