hepatitis B Jan 19, 2001 my cousin was infected with hepatitis B virus (he went through antigen test twice, both the times he was positive. But after a year of taking homeopathic treatment he surprisingly showed negative. He took the thrice, every time he was negative. Now, can we take it for granted that he is negative and does not carry the virus? |

 People with hepatitis B who take no treatments will seroconvert to antibody at a rate of about 3% per year. He may be one of those lucky ones. I would still check him yearly for the virus, but he is likely not a carrier anymore, if what you are telling me is true. DTD | ||||||||
