cirrhosis, hep c, and hiv

what is the severity of having HIV,HEP C, and CIRRHOSIS? Is there any way that I will be able to recieve help or even a liver transplant? PLEASE HELP ME.

You should have both an expert HIV specialist and liver specialist. Whether you can be treated with interferon will depend on how severe your cirrhosis is.
If you can still be treated you will need careful monitoring on therapy.
If you liver disease is severe and you cannot be treated, there are centers that consider transplantation of patients with HIV/HCV coinfection. You will need to ask your liver specialist where the nearest center is to your location.
In the meantime, I would advise staying away from all alcohol. Ask your doctor about any over the counter drug you may be considering. Get vaccinated against any other hepatitis viruses to which you may be vulnerable. If you can tolerate medications, you may also want to discuss going on HIV medications (if you are not on them already). There are some data that control of HIV is also important for liver health.
You will also need serial ultrasounds and endoscopy for monitoring.
