Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, And just how would you define "very tired" versus "just a little tired?" Certainly people can feel fatigued during an acute retroviral syndrome (ARS), just as they would with any acute viral illness like the flu or common cold. Fatigue from anxiety/stress/depression can vary greatly from person to person and from mild to extreme. So the answer to your question is: No, you can't make this type of distinction. Hope this reply doesn't cause you to be anxious, stressed, depressed, or fatigued. Dr. Bob |
