With all the crazy pills, extenders and other things being sold online it's hard to know if what you read is true. Is there any truly real way of enlarging your penis (length, girth or both)?

Honestly, i'm not so sure why I even worry about this, i have a decent size of about 6 length and 5 girth, but I still look down and think I wish it was bigger. Thanks Jeff

Looking down and wishing your home entertainment center was super-sized is a common occurrence for men well, except perhaps for Italian men. However, you are correct that your six inches (assuming they are six real inches rather than six Manhunt online profile inches) is indeed "decent size" and is, in fact, normal. So what about all those pills, potions and pumps that promise King Kong sized dongs and sound too good to be true? Well, you guessed it Jeff: they are indeed too good to be true. If they weren't, every guy in town would have a hose like a porn star. I'll reprint some information from the archives that addresses this "little problem."

Hi,

No matter how many times you ask about your tiny weenie, my answer remains the same. By the way, the average size of an erect penis is approximately 5.5 inches!!! (Of course this excludes Italians.) My advice would be to stop worrying about the size of your wand and start spending more time working on the magic. As the old saying goes, "it's not the size of the wand; it's the magic in it that counts." You have plenty of "inches." What you need is more confidence and know-how as far as how to put those inches to best use, OK?

Kidding aside, although there are some surgical procedures that attempt to increase the length of Mr. Happys, I haven't seen very good results and would not recommend them. As for pills, no, these will not work. (See below.)
