HIV-associated fatigue is an extremely common complaint among us "virally enhanced" folks. There are many common and even more not-so-common potential underlying causes. Often there is more than one underlying cause working in tandem to zap our zip. Check out the archives of this forum for a thorough discussion of these underlying conditions anemia, drug side effects/toxicities, occult infection, hormonal imbalances, depression, etc., etc., etc.
I'm a bit concerned about your new "brilliant shade of yellow!" This could be due to several factors, including hepatitis or a drug side effect. I'd suggest you contact your HIV specialist without delay. The "new hue" could also help to explain your fatigue!
