free as % = 1.5% bio avail=39.3% age:51. My doctor will not consider HRT. Could I ask your thoughts. Thank you

Hi,

I'll need a bit more information. Are you HIV positive? Are you symptomatic? Your numbers are certainly borderline at best. (Of course, if you're Italian, they are way too low.)

Testosterone replacement could be warranted, but before making that recommendation, I would need more information your prostate cancer risk, for example. You can always get a second opinion if you are uncertain about your current doctor's recommendation.
