| Locating New-Fill Jun 16, 2003 I'm considering the various injections for facial improvements. How did you find a MD that can currently perform New-Fill. There are other products, and I'm considering them.... It's a little confusing about whether New-Fill is available or not. I'll have to travel (live in NV), which is why I'm trying to get an overall list. Thanks! |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hi, New-Fill is not yet FDA-approved (although approved in other countries); however, it is available in the USA with a doctors prescription from DAAIR (Direct Access Alternative Information Resources) in New York City (888-951-5433). Finding a physician who is qualified to use New-Fill can be even more challenging! From Nevada, I would recommend Michael Echavez, M.D. (415-392-9800). He is a plastic surgeon in San Francisco, who has had considerable experience using New-Fill, and who is also working with the FDA to help in the approval process. And before you ask, yes, hes the surgeon who treated me. I remain very pleased with my results. As with any of these treatments, the end result is very dependent on the skill and experience of the physician performing the procedure. Good luck! Dr. Bob |
