| Blood tests is everything Oct 22, 2002 Looks like the blood test is everything, if the test is not accrate enuff to detect a bug, then we doomed. Because there are thousands of people exerienced symptoms and found nothing wrong, especially rite after a risky exposure, WOW that is amazing. Also, someone who has neg hiv test but the cd4 is below the normal range still no treatment or other alternative solutions just blame on the mind. That is very scarry solution. |

Response from Dr. Frascino
Hello, Scary Solution? No, not at all. If our tests (which we have been using since the mid 80's, by the way) couldn't diagnose the condition, what good would the tests be? Thousands and thousands of people with minimal to low risk, who then develop "symptoms" and want to go on anti-HIV medications? Now that's scary. Very scary, indeed. Dr. Bob |
