I have read that HIV can affect the central nervous system..
how ? which are the symptoms?
If damage is done can it be reversed?
and which could be the development in time?
Another question which is the difference between HIV and AIDS ?
I already asked these question to Dr Molaghan but unfortunately he never answered back
