Sculptra Nodules Sep 18, 2011 I unfortunately had sculptra on orbital bone 4 years ago with some nodules that formed. After a few years they went down and then had IPL done on my face and the nodules have returned.. What treatments are they for minimizing or removing these? Thanks |

 Sculptra nodules tend to last about as long as Sculptra lasts 2 to 3 years would be typical. I wonder if some skin tightening from IPL may have made the nodules more noticeable. One of the best treatments for facial filler-related nodules is to inject a filler around the nodules to smooth the area in. This approach generally works to make the nodule less apparent. Sometimes a corticosteroid injection into the nodule may lessen it as well. I hope this information helps and best of luck! | ||||||||
