|sculptra treatment in New Orleans
May 14, 2010
Hey Dr. Pierone, thanks for work that you do here. I am requesting patient-assistance for Sculptra, and you are the only doctor that I would feel comfortable doing the procedure, if I am approved or not. Is there a way that I could contact you for information that is needed for the aplication? I live in New Orleans, and will travel wherever I need to in an effort to get this done. I'm on Social Security Disability, and I have been doing without and saving money to get this procedure. If my application is not approved, I will spend every dime in my savings to improve my facial condition. Thanks in advance to your help.

Hello and thanks for posting.
Here is a link to my web site and contact information. You can download the applications for Radiesse and Sculptra from this link as well.
Medicare has recently approved coverage for facial fillers and this decision will make this treatment more accessible and affordable.
