I am contemplating liposuction. I am HIV+ (21 Years) and very healthy, with an excellent CD4 1125 and undetectable viral load. I am working out five days a week ( three cardio sessions and two weight training) What are the risks involved?

There are a number of potential issues associated with liposuction and these include risks of anesthesia, bleeding, and infection. There is also the possibility of a suboptimal aesthetic outcome and return of the fat deposits with time.
