Is the Kaletra associated with lipodystrophy or lipatrophy and facial wasting?

Hello and thanks for posting.

Kaletra is a protease inhibitor which has not been linked to lipoatrophy. Rather, protease inhibitors have been linked to abnormal fat accumulation, high lipids, and diabetes mellitus.
