Thanks once again, for making this site available and sending me update emails. Iam a 32 female nigerian,west africa, (educated and working class)i was daiagnosed in 2005 after a suffered shingles, the doctor advised that i start treatment immediately,i was put on neviripne, stavudine and lamivudine that was the begining of my living hell, i suffered several illness neuropathy, anaemia and bloating, my pear shaped body became aple with lots of fat around my neck and belly. my legs became so thin,etc.I look anf feel terribly and depressed.Through this site i became aware of my problem and talked with my doctor who said i didnt have a choice but to continue with the presciption. recently i read that oxandrin and neuclomaxx can help with my problem, i intend to order then from the internet, is it possible to take the two together since iam currently taking, septrin, Vit B12, Immunace? and iam also planning a pregnancy.

The main culprit in your regimen for fat distribution problems is likely the stavudine. The data supporting use of oxandrin for fat problems is weak and it would not be advised if you want to get pregnant. Nucleomax is being studied for fat loss (lipoatrophy)--the jury is still out. It is fairly expensive at the doses that appear possibly effective ($100 US dollars or more/month). A generally better strategy would be to switch the stavudine to tenofovir or abacavir if that is at all an option for you. KH
