CURE FOR LIPO???

Hi,
I hear all the time about Growth Hormone and Uridine as a possible cure for the lipo ... can u please adv what if the effect of these products on the lipo? What is Uridine ?
When does the GH and Uridine will be available. Is this can be taken during pregnancy? What about Vitalin ? Is there any hope for cure / solution in the near near future ?

Neither Growth Hormone or Uridine would be a cure of lipidystrophy related problems (growth hormone may be better for increased fat and uridine for decreased fat). Both are being studied and are not FDA approved for use for lipodystrophy. Both are expensive, may have side effects, and would not be recommended for use in pregnancy (uridine has not been studied in the pregnant patient to my knowledge). Unfortunately no easy answers are available but switching off offending drugs and exercise/diet/hormone optimization may help some. KH
