DR.ROBERT WE ARE BOTH MALE AND COMMITTED.(YEARS) BOTH TESTED AND ARE HIV-. MY QUESTION IS CAN TWO OF THE SAME SEX MAKE THE VIRUS HIV DURING THE SEX ACT? CONCERNED FROM TIME TO TIME.

No, it is not possible for two people to "make the virus" during sex. The only way the transmission of HIV can occur is if one of the people is already infected with HIV.
