Recently I have read that the emphasis on small pox vaccinations has raised concerns about HIV positive folks and the vaccine itself. The "experts" are asserting that while the vaccination is generally safe, people living with HIV AND people who live with people with HIV should not be vaccinated. Would this advice carry over to those of us who also work with people who are HIV positive?
