I have lymphoma. I wonder if AIDS research has yielded info helpful to me as far as helping my immune system. Can you help me?

Although I can't say that I completely understand your question, I do want to make one point. The best science comes when a scientist makes another scientist (often a scientist in a completely different field) think about something (s)he hasn't thought about before. This leads to tremendous cross-fertilization of ideas. So in short, AIDS researchers have produced a tremendous amount of fruit in terms of understanding lymphoma, and lymphoma researchers have produced a tremendous amount of fruit in terms of understanding the immune system. So the short answer to your question is YES.
