Can masturbation cause testicular cancer?

When you masterbute excessively like everyday or everyother day can you get testicular cancer?

Masturbation can not cause testicular cancer or any other type of cancer. Earlier this month I was asked if masturbation can cause anal cancer. Masturbation can not cause anal cancer. (See my body.com post from earlier this month).
