What are three different HIV related illnesses that can lead to death?

Many HIV-related illnesses can lead to death if they are not treated. Fortunately most of the HIV-related illnesses are readily treatable. Since you wanted the name of 3 different HIV-related illness which could lead to death, here they are 1) AIDS-related lymphoma

2) Cytomegalovirus retinitis

3) Pneumocystis pneumonia
