How to get back on the road again

I am 50 know being positive since 2007 I have generally being fine all my stats are good however lately I am persistently tired on edge all the time and have also put on a quite a bit of weight what can I do I just cant get my self to exercise and is there a diet plan that I can follow Help

Start making one change per week so that you do not get overwhelmed. Lifestyle changes take time to "stick" in one's life but slowly and surely they can become habits that we miss if we stop doing them.
