bajo deseo sexual Apr 30, 2012 Hola nelson te saludo desde sudamerica te cuento que soy VIH positivo hace un par de años actualmente con valores indetectable y CD4 500, tengo hipogonadismo secundario inicie terapia sustitutiva de testosterona con nivel de 250 T libre...actualmente ronda los 500, pero no noto mucho subida de libido...que puede estar pasando? habra que subir la dosis de testosterona (androgel 5g) tomo el antidepresivo citalopram hace meses, coviene cambiar el antidepresivo?, que me recomiendas saludos!! |

 Sube la testosterona a 7.5 gramos al dia y que te den wellbutrin (bupropion), que es el unico antidepresivo que no afecta el deseo sexual tanto. nelson | ||||||||
