Cancer Anal canal Dec 15, 2011 Dear Doctors: I was diagnosed with anal cancer (Nie III: Neoplasia Intrapitelial del Epitelio escamoso anal) at high risk. I really don't know what to do. Some doctors here in Chile say I should continue with the yearly control (Anoscopy), some others tell me I should be operated and I might need quimotherapy. I've already had the 2nd vaccine HPV, remaining just one in Nov. I'm taking natural remedies suach as Green Tea, Aloe Vera, Capsules of Soursop, and Lapacho Tea. I really need your advice. Russel |

 Russel There are no "natural" therapies to slow down anal cancer. Please read this reply that I gave to someone(his name is also Russel) Here is also a good article from thebody.com in Spanish (I remind people that TheBody.com is also available in Spanish) Let me know if you still have some questions after reading this. I am sorry that you are going through that difficult diagnosis. I also was diagnosed two years ago with grade 2 dysplasia and chose to treat it right away. Nelson | ||||||||
