| meds? Jan 1, 2009 Thank you Doctor for your previous reply. I have one more question. Are there any medications that can affect/interefere with an HIV test? For instance Russian rasberry and white radish syrups (all natural ingridients) for cold relief, or mixture made from propolis to wipe a sore throat for bacteria? |

No. Occasionally a recent viral infection will cause a low or inconclusive result on one type of test but will then not be confirmed on another test. Foods will not affect this reliable test Kind regards Dr Moyle |
