Genital Herpes
Dec 28, 2008

Dear Dr. Moyle,

Does genital herpes always have first attack or outbreak for newly infected?

6 days after oral sex with a stripper, my genital area started to have some redish spot, but no blister(confirmed by an urologist). It felt a little itchy at the beginning and then it diminished after 1 day. Only minor foreskin around the spot peeled off without any pain and still some of spots remain but the condition are much better now. I had burning sensation around the penis and anus since i detected those spots, but I am not sure if it caused by my stress.

Please help me to know better of my condition and I am looking forward to your advice.

Thank you very much.

Response from Dr. Moyle
