Tratamiento largo

Estimado Dr. llevo 11 años d tratamiento ininterrumpido cd4 + 1000 y viral <50. Regimen Saquinavir 400mg + Ritonavir 200 mg c/12hs. Si bien todo mi laboratorio siempre fue excelente... deberia considerar la posibilidad de pasar a otro regimen o hacer un descanso? ? ? Muchas Gracias!!!
